			<description><![CDATA[ I planted two tomato plants this spring and they are going crazy. I have 4 dozen tomatoes (so far) between the two plants, and I don&#39;t know what to do with
them (besides give them away).

I tried making fried green tomatoes with a couple of them and was unimpressed with results. Do any of you Southerners have recommendations for making
<strong><em>good</em></strong> fried green tomatoes, or suggestions for other things to with tomatoes. I have a water-bath canner. ]]></description>

It's quite simple but looks and tastes fancy.<br><br>Boneless chicken breasts (about a half breast for every 2 servings)<br>1-2 Tablespoons olive oil<br>1 14 oz can stewed tomatoes, plain or Italian style (for up to 4 half breasts, use 2 cans for more)<br>1-1/2 cups chicken broth (I use water + refrigerated chicken base)<br>thyme or Herbs... ]]></description>
